- THE ORGANISER
The organiser of IT Run is the association Pro-Run Wrocław (hereafter referred to as the “Organiser”). The owner of the brand and concept, and the party commissioning the organisation of IT Run is the company IT Kontrakt.
The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the organisation of IT Run, within the meaning of the act of August 29, 1997 of the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No 101, item 926 of consolidated text, as amended), is IT Kontrakt, which pursuant to art. 31 of the act and an agreement entrusts the Organiser with the responsibility of processing personal data for the purpose of the organisation of IT Run.
Providing your personal data is voluntary but indispensable for your participation in IT Run pursuant to the provisions of the Regulations. Persons who have provided their personal data are entitled to access the content of their data, correct it, and withdraw their consent to have it processed at any time.

Any adult person professionally involved in the IT business can become a participant of IT Run. Verification of the participant’s line of business will be conducted by means of their acceptance of these Regulations in the course of the enrolment process.

- ROUTE OF THE RACE
Distance: 10 km, without certificate.
The route of the race is paved with gravel, which makes it perfect for both recreational and professional running. The tall trees ensure protection from the wind and sun making the run light and enjoyable, while the area’s effective markings along the route make it easy to measure the pace of the run and orient oneself.

The time limit for the main (10-km) race: 90 minutes
A participant’s remaining on the race’s route after the elapse of the said time will result in a risk that their time will not be measured.
7.1 Open classification
7.2 Team classification (4-strong teams. There can be more participants in a team but only the four best times will be taken into consideration. Teams are not divided into classifications according to sex.)

- TIME MEASUREMENT
8.1. Time will be measured electronically during the “IT Run”.
8.2. Taking part in the race and being included in the classification announced at the end of the event is conditional upon the participants having their runner number with a chip.
8.3. Improper fastening of the chip/runner number can result in a runner’s being excluded from classification.
- PRIZES AND BENEFITS FOR RUNNERS
9.1. The following categories will be eligible for prizes: Open – places 1-3 W+M, cups/awards, teams – 1-3.
9.2. Every participant will receive a commemorative medal.
9.3. Every participant will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Information about t-shirt sizes will be collected in the enrolment form. The number of specific sizes will depend on the percentage-based estimations based on participants enrolling by September 1, 2018. T-shirt in specific sizes will be given to the participants along with their runner gift package while stocks last.
9.3. Each participant is eligible for a regeneration meal.
9.4. The runners can use changing rooms and deposit boxes.
9.5. One refreshment/meal station will be prepared for the runners.
9.6. The Organisers ensure medical support for the duration of the event.
- ENROLMENTS FOR THE RACE AND FEES
10.1. Enrolments are accepted by electronic means, with the enrolment form, by September 17, 2018, on the website www.biegit.pl and by e-mail. Team enrolments should be made by writing a message to firstname.lastname@example.org. with the EXCEL-POBIERZ spreadsheet file completed and attached. We issue VAT invoices for businesses. One paid, the fee cannot be returned.
10.2. Individual fees:
by August 31 – 50 PLN
by September 20 – 60 PLN
10.3. Team enrolment
by September 20 – 4 people or more 50 PLN/person
each of the runners should be enrolled by means of the enrolment form or by writing an e-mail message to email@example.com.
We can issue a VAT invoice 15 days before the day of the race at the earliest and 15 days after the race at the latest. A VAT invoice for the runner’s fee is issued with a minimum 4 enrolments from a single business. We won’t issue invoices for individual enrolments. A payment of this kind should be posted using the bank account number specified in the invoice (as opposed to DotPay). Invoices will be sent only by e-mail. We don’t issue paper invoices. 10.4. Enrolments will not be accepted on the day of the event.
10.5. Verification of eligibility for the race will be held on the day of the event at the race office from 09:00 am to 10:30 am.
10.6. At the race office, each runner will sign a declaration of participation at their own responsibility and no medical contraindications for their participation in the race.
10.7. The maximum number of runners to participate in the main race is 800.
10.8. The fee for the race can be paid via DotPay when completing the enrolment form or in the traditional manner, i.e. by wire transfer to the bank account of the association Pro-Run Wrocław.

10.9. The Organiser reserves the right to close the enrolment procedure at an earlier time if the maximum number of participants has been reached.
11.1. All people involved in the IT business can participate in the race.
11.2. A participant in the race is a person who has enrolled for it and paid the participation fee.
11.3. For the purpose of verification of participants’ eligibility, each participant must come in person or present a letter of authorisation from another person.
11.4. Only runners who on the day of the event will have completed 18 years of age and will have had their data verified at the race office will be permitted to participate in the race. Every adult runner will participate in the race at their own responsibility, which they attest to with their signature on the declaration of their capability of participating in the race, issued at the race office.
11.6. Every runner, by enrolling for the race, expresses their consent to have their personal data processed for the purpose of participant verification and inclusion in the final announcement.
11.7. Every runner should comply with the Organiser’s guidelines as well as those given to them by personnel managing participant traffic and volunteers. Every runner is obliged to familiarise themselves with the regulations of the race and abide by them.
11.8. Participants in the event grant their consent to have their likeness published for the purpose of the promotion and coverage of the event using any multimedia on the Internet, in the press, on television, and other types of advertising media.
11.9. The participant’s collecting their runner number is tantamount to accepting the regulations of the race.

VOLUNTARY INSURANCES AGAINST PERSONAL ACCIDENT AND RETURN OF PARTICIPATION FEE – applicable to those who choose this option when enrolling. This year, we start offering this option. The insurance against opting out concerns only documented cases, such as injury, illness, business trip, etc. All necessary details are included in the regulations. The personal accident insurance can be taken out 3 days before the race at the latest. The insurance against the cost of opting out can be taken out 10 days before the race at the latest. To claim the insurance refund, you need to report the occurrence to TU Europa.

Your providing your personal data and granting consent to have it processed is voluntary, but your failure to provide it or your failing to consent to have it processed will prevent you from participating in the race.
You have the right to enrol as an anonymous runner. If you do so, you will be included in the list or runners and the list of results as an anonymous runner. It also means that in the event of your winning in a category you are included in, you will be mentioned only as a number. As for as any raffles and competitions, your entry will not be taken into account.
Association Pro-Run Wrocław, with its registered office in ul. J.W. Dawida, 50-527 Wrocław, NIP (Tax ID no.): 8992728699, will use the Participants’ personal data it obtained for purposes, to an extent, and for a time necessary to organise, hold, and promote the event, select its winners, and make it possible for the participants to collect their prizes.
The personal data of the Participants of IT Run will be used in compliance with the terms specified in the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) of April 27 2016 with respect to the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data, as well as repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1–88, GDPR), of the act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. of 2016, item 922, GDPR), Polish regulations adopted for the purpose of enabling the application of GDPR, other applicable legal regulations, and these Regulations.
The grounds for the processing of your personal data is art. 23, sec. 1 item 3 of PDPA and art. 6 sec. 1b of GDPR – the performance of agreement (enrolling for IT Run is tantamount to accepting the Regulations and constitutes entering into agreement), as well as art. 23 sec. 1 item 1 of GDPR and art. 6 sec. 1a of GDPR – voluntary, unambiguous, conscious, and specific consent of the person who the data concerns.
The association Pro-Run Wrocław will not convey personal data to any third parties unless item 14. of the Regulations states otherwise. We do not have the Participants’ personal data automatically processed, which includes profiling.
Personal data will be available only on the website designed for the enrolment procedure, in accordance with its regulations, and every Participant will have individual access to it.
By enrolling for the race, you grant your consent to receive information of an organisational nature and any messages related to the organisation of the race.
The Participant declares that he/she has familiarised himself/herself with the regulations of the event and that he/she is capable of participating in the event, as well as that he/she will participate in it at his/her own responsibility. The Participant grants his/her consent to have his/her personal data processed by the Organiser of the event.
I hereby grant my consent to have photographs, video recordings, and interviews featuring me, as well as race results featuring my personal data, used by the press, radio, and television stations, as well as by the Organiser, for the Organiser’s marketing purposes.
The data I provided in my enrolment form is true and I am acquainted with the provisions of art. 233 of the Penal Code of the criminal responsibility for providing untrue data. As far as financial and tax-related settlements are concerned, the administrator of the data is the Organiser of the event.
Providing data is obligatory as arising from legal acts including the Accountancy Act. The data will be made available only to entities authorised pursuant to the provisions of law. You are entitled to
a) access your data,
b) correct your data,
c) remove your data,
d) limit the processing of your data,
e) withdraw your consent to have your data processed at any time.
A withdrawal of your consent to have your data processed before finishing the race will be tantamount to withdrawing from the Race.

- CONVEYING PERSONAL DATA
The Organiser is entitled to convey personal data to third parties for the purpose of holding the event, to which the participant consents when enrolling for the race. - FINAL PROVISIONS
15.1. The results of the race will be available to everybody after the event has finished on the notice board, and in a text message sent to each person who has finished the race. Moreover, they will be published on the websites www.biegit.pl and www.itkontrakt.pl.
15.2. The event will be held regardless of the weather conditions.
15.3. The Organisers will not be responsible for any unattended or lost belongings.
15.4. The Participants are obliged to comply with the instructions from the Police, City Guards, and personnel securing the route of the race, The Organiser reserves the right to make the final interpretation of the regulations.
